Louisa Armbrust was born in Ottawa, Canada and grew up in Denver, USA. She received her BA in Studio Art from Colorado College and a Postgraduate Diploma and MA from Goldsmiths College at the University of London. Louisa’s paintings and installations have been exhibited in both the US and England. From 2003 to 2005 she was Lecturer of Computer Imaging at Metropolitan State College of Denver. Currently she lives in New York City and does freelance graphic design.
